The International Academy of Pathology has commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organization and execution of the conference. Registration for the conference and confirmation therefore forms a contract between the conference attendee and the International Academy of Pathology regarding attendance at the conference. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.
Registration fees and payment for the XXXII International Academy of Pathology (IAP)
Please use the online registration tool to register for the congress and all events. Attendance at the congress is subject to cost. Registration for the congress and booking of services are binding for the attendee. The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Registration will be confirmed if payment is received by the Congress Office by 30th September 2018. Should payments be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the Congress Counter in Sweimeh, Dead Sea. Please bring a copy of your bank remittance with you.
The first poster author must undertake to present the poster submitted at the conference. Registration of a poster simultaneously results in binding registration of the speaker to attend the conference. The registration fee must be paid together with the submission of the contribution otherwise the poster will not be reviewed. Cancellation of conference attendance is possible at no additional cost if the poster is rejected by the scientific committee. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
If the author withdraws a contribution after its acceptance by the scientific committee, registration for the congress will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees.
Cancellation of Congress Attendance
In the event that you cancel your attendance at the congress by 27th May 2018, the registration fee minus a processing fee of USD 175 will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made at a later date. Please notify the congress office of your cancellation in writing.
The International Academy of Pathology reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme at short notice. There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for cancelled papers or changes to the programme.
